A national open day at the Teagasc Research Farm at Solohead, Co. Tipperary takes place next Tuesday, 2 September.

Highlights on the day will include:
- Producing 1,100 gallons/acre (12,300 litres/ha) on 90 units of nitrogen
- Optimum timing of nitrogen application
- Incorporating REPS into profitable dairy farming
- Blueprints on establishing clover in pasture through broadcasting with fertiliser
The open day will run from 11am – 3pm. All are welcome.
