New Course on BRC and ISO 22,000 beginning in September

Ashtown Food Research Centre has procured funding from FAS for a modular training programme to enable food enterprises to implement a food safety and quality management system based on the requirements of the BRC or ISO 22,000 standard.

The programme is modular with participants attending 5 modules spread over 6 months. Some on-site tutorial visits will take place to help the enterprise implement requirements effectively. The final part of the exercise is an audit against the requirements of the chosen standard.

Places are limited to 16 enterprises some enterprises may send 2 participants with a total upper limit of 24 attending the programme.
