• Masters Degree on Animal Cloning and the Food Chain: A Study of Irish Stakeholder Opinion
• Masters Degree on Factors that Influence Early Stage Technology Investment Decisions by Food Enterprises: The goal is to study industry and retail stakeholder group opinion towards new and emerging food technology innovation.
• Research Studentship on Stickiness in the Drying of Food Powders.  Applications are invited for a funded research studentship on stickiness in the drying of food powders.
