Annual Walsh Fellowships Seminar

Teagasc invites Walsh Fellowship holders, nearing the completion of their projects, to present their research findings at the above seminar. The one-day event takes place during Science Week Ireland and is a vital element of the Teagasc Walsh Fellowships Scheme.

All students in the final year of their fellowship who are not presenting their research findings at the seminar are expected to produce a poster for display at the event.

A prize is awarded to the best student presentation and to the presenter of the best poster. All participants receive a Certification of Participation from Teagasc. The Institute of Biology of Ireland also present all biologists participating in the seminar with free membership for one year.
